Josh Robischon, PE, HBDP, LEED AP

Josh is known for his no-nonsense approach. Josh’s responsiveness and desire for doing what is best for each project ensures successful outcomes for his clients. Josh is the sustainability lead for the office, with years of experience with energy modeling, cost analysis, building benchmarks/certifications and utility incentive programs. Josh approaches each project as a blank slate, exercising his expertise with his client’s vision to provide system designs that exceed expectations- on time and on budget. Josh graduated with his Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2001. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Washington, a certified ASHRAE High Performance Building Design Professional and LEED accredited design professional.

Brady Bell, PE, LEED AP

Brady has a reputation for technical excellence. Brady’s ability to provide proficient and creative solutions that meet each unique client’s needs, along with his cautious approach to ensuring what is right, have been instrumental in his success. Brady is an expert in code analysis, design standards and implementation of new technologies. Brady’s knowledge base allows him to provide systems analysis and designs that appropriately prioritize client expectations and to ensure their needs are successfully met. Brady graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2001. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Washington and a LEED accredited design professional.

Scott Miller, PE, CPD, LEED AP

Scott is the glue that binds the corporate culture at Metrix Engineers. Scott’s approach to delivering passionate and personable consulting services sets him apart from other engineers. Scott is compelled by the clients he serves and is committed to providing cost-effective and energy-efficient design solutions. His extensive knowledge of the construction industry and his proven ability to successfully navigate projects through planning and permitting all around the country provide exceptional value for his projects. Scott graduated with his Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University in 1996. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 31 States, a LEED accredited design professional and ASPE Certified in Plumbing Design.

Eric Nordlund, PE, LEED AP
Principal, Mechanical
Eric’s straightforward style and proactive coordination are central to his mechanical system designs. His extensive knowledge of codes and design standards has supported the success of projects from schematic design through construction administration. He is also experienced in building model simulations and life cycle cost analysis.
Eric graduated with his Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2007. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Washington and a LEED-accredited professional.

Melinda Herrin, PE, LEED AP
Principal, Mechanical
Melinda’s responsiveness, organizational skills and attention to detail has earned the respect of architects and owners alike. Her proficiency in system 3D modeling software allows her to support clients in the integrated design process to ensure projects are well-coordinated and completed on time.
Melinda graduated with her Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2005. She is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Washington and a LEED-accredited professional.
Melinda is active in the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) and on the Board of Directors for the Washington Women’s Foundation.

Benjamin Prehoda, PE
